1.1 Workshop Enrollment Refunds

Refunds for workshop enrollments are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Requests made more than 14 days before the workshop start date will receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.
  • Partial Refund: Requests made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund of the enrollment fee.
  • No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for refunds.

1.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based access to our platform:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future billing.

1.3 Digital Materials and Resources

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of downloadable materials, templates, guides, or recorded sessions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or downloads have been initiated.


2. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our services, please contact us immediately at support@carvexdunalo.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Technical problems are attributable to our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Scheduled workshops or live sessions are canceled by Carvex Dunalo without offering a suitable alternative date.
  • Services are materially different from what was advertised or described at the time of purchase.

3. Requesting a Refund

  2. Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and order or transaction number.
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Gift certificates or promotional credits.
  • Services or workshops that have already been completed or fully accessed.
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform but provided by external vendors.
  • Administrative or processing fees, where applicable.

5. Cancellations by Carvex Dunalo

In the event that we must cancel a workshop, course, or scheduled session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose between:

  • A full refund of the enrollment or purchase fee.
  • Credit toward a future workshop or service of equivalent value.
  • Transfer to an alternative session or workshop, subject to availability.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
